We want you to cherish your DÔEN garments for years to come, but if a piece isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and items are returned in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Package Your Items
Carefully place your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring the package is securely sealed and the new label is visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
